Initial Exam (7/17/16) scan negative; UMBILICAL HERNIA; ears- wnl; flea comb negative- treated with activyl; female intact- reported spayed- no scar seen -placing on vet check; slight nervous during exam

BASIC INFORMATION
Narsha A1081415 is a spayed, 5 year old Shih Tzu that was surrendered because the owner’s wife is sick and cannot care for both dogs. Narsha was breed at home. Narsha has never had any health issues or injuries.
SOCIALIZATION
Narsha is a sweet, calm dog. Narsha has lived with another dog (whom is her Mother jjang A1081414). Narsha and the other dog, played, ate and slept together. Narsha hasn’t had much experience around any other dog besides the one that lived in the home. Narsha has never been around any cats. Narsha has been around children ages newborn and up. Narsha was always relaxed and respectful around the children.
BEHAVIOR
Narsha has no pervious bite history with anyone or animal. Narsha enjoys being held and rubbed. Narsha isn’t bothered by the following: Baths/ grooming/brushes /having her food bowl touched or taking away. Narsha does like to bark but only when she hears noise at the door.
FOR NEW FAMILIES TO KNOW
Narsha is described as playful but relaxed. Narsha would be best in any home. Narsha doesn’t play with toys however; she does like to chew on socks. Narsha eats both wet and dry foods mixed together throughout the dog. Narsha likes to sleep in the kitchen.

Narsha allowed all handling.
