A volunteer writes:Mynx and Blinx were found together, a lovely pair of Shi Tzuhs looking for a new place to call their home and a master to love. Mynx is a sweetheart, easy going and gentle, so happy to see a caretaker at her door . She is such a great lap dog and i think she would stay for ever, laying across my thighs, barely moving and enjoying caresses. A real little doll. Her eyes are a little blurry but she walks in one straight line, doing her business on the way. Mynx could be house trained or partially . I always enjoy taking Mynx out. She is a “feel good” little dog, like the Teddy Bear children like to hug when they feel scared or sad… Mynx can be lively too, rolling herself in the grass and accepting belly rubs… Mynx so much would love to be yours. Come and meet her soon at the Manhattan Care Center.
A volunteer wrote: They say that angels are all around us, and I believe that Mynx is living proof of that. Mynx is a 6 year old Shih Tzu mix who will steal your heart in new time. She is a gentle, happy soul who wants nothing more than to spend time with her human friends. As soon as this little lady saw me, she was happily wagging her tail and running to the front of her cage to greet me. I extended my hands so she could sniff me, and Mynx skipped over those formalities and just put her entire head in my hands so I could rub her head and love on her. After I walked a few other dogs, I returned to Mynx since I had promised her a hug before I left. I sat with this amazing ball of fur and love on my lap, petting her and telling her she was a good girl. Mynx was in heaven, and so was I. I also promised Mynx that I would write a really great bio and tell everyone about how awesome she is—so here we go! Mynx is the best! Come on down and meet her for yourself!
