DVM Intake Exam; Estimated age: 2 years; History : stray; Subjective: Observed Behavior – friendly; Objective ; BCS 5/9; EENT: OS- lateral scleral hemorrhage, OD-clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: clean adult teeth; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: MI, 2 descended testicles; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, papules in inguinal area, a few patches of alopecia and epidermal collarettes at top of head and dorsum ; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Assessment; dermatitis- R/O atopy vs food allergy vs mites vs other; Prognosis:good; Plan: start simplicef 200 mg PO SID x 14 days; SURGERY: Okay for surgery
