PROFILE :
Ms Cleo A1083355 was found as a stray in the Bronx. The finder stated that she found her on 7/27/2016 in the street and decided to take her home but she is unable to keep. She was friendly with the child in the house and allowed all handling.
Behavior during intake
Ms Cleo was very friendly and allowed to be approached to be scanned(-), collared and photographed. She allowed all handling and was picked up and transferred into a kennel.
BEHAVIOR :
Ms Cleo walks calmly on leash. She was calm and relaxed during handling. Ms Cleo was distracted, focused on objects in the room rather than the handler during the tag test. She was not interested in toys. Ms Cleo did not show any concern during the behavior assessment. The behavior department feels that she can go to an Average home.
Look: 1. Dog holds gaze with soft eyes, soft body. She allows head to be held loosely in Assessor’s cupped hands. Dog holds gaze for three full seconds.
Sensitivity: 1. Dog stands still and accepts the touch, her eyes are averted, and her tail is in neutral position with relaxed body posture.
Tag: 2. Dog is not fearful but unresponsive when touched. Approaches the Assessor when the game ends. Dog is likely crouching, may have long lip or lip lick.
