KNOWN HISTORY: Limited Unaltered male Bite history: Yes. Mr Cooper bit the owner’s 15 year old grandson on the lip. The teenager was playing with Mr Cooper as he normally does, Mr Cooper licked him and then snapped and bit him on the lip. Other notes: After the bite, Mr Cooper then turned on another teenager in the room and lunged at him. SAFER ASSESSMENT: 12/30/2016 Look: 2. Dog pulls out of Assessor’s hands each time without settling during three repetitions, focused on other stimuli. Sensitivity: 2.
