Loose and wagging his tail Objective P = wnl R = eupneic BCS 9/9 EENT: Eyes clear with nuclear sclerosis ou, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: adult dentition, moderate dental disease wit prognathism PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated, unable to deeply palpate due to large habitus U/G: MN MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, ~0.5cm mulilobulated mass on left flank, healthy hair coat, obese CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Obese Geriatric Dental disease Nuclear sclerosis Small ~0.5cm dermal mass on left flank r/o papilloma vs fibroma vs other Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC Rec weight loss Nail trim Monitor as needed for brachycephalic syndrome Rec histopath of mass on left flank Prognosis: Good SURGERY: neutered
