Corneal apacities and two thoracic masses. Observed Behavior – Blue Objective T = Not taken P = 100 bpm R =28 bpm BCS 5 / 9 EENT: Eyes – corneal opacities, left ear has dry flaky , no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: dental staining PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated.
