No masses noted. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Rectal: normal externally; Assessment; Geriatric; Intact female; Fleas; FAD; OA; Prognosis: good; Plan: ctm until transfer/adoption; SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to old age
