A staff member writes: Mojo was surrendered to the shelter because his owner is moving to a place that doesn’t allow dogs. Mojo is sad in his kennel, but perks up when I leash him and we go outside. Mojo walks very nicely on leash and demonstrated for me how he can sit on command. Mojo takes treats gently and stood close by me while we were outside. Mojo was such a good boy while we took his picture, he allowed me to put a silly hat on him. Mojo is one handsome boy. If your are interested in adopting Mojo please come to the Staten Island Care Center.
