A volunteer writes: A proud member of the ‘frosted face club’, her greying muzzle speaks to the years of love and friendship she’s enjoyed. Her grey mask is so perfect it almost looks like she’s off to a Viennese masquerade ball! Ms. Nalah is all about love and snuggling. Happy to lie across my lap, she nudges me with her nose if I stop stroking her. Her tail never stops wagging, she’s as gentle and soft as can be, takes treats gently and is more interested in cuddles than she is toys. As Nalah is a bit too thin we’re feeding her an extra meal each day, and while she enjoys treats she’s never grabby. Her quiet offer of friendship and love is to be cherished, welcomed and reciprocated. She’s an awesome girl with whom I’ve fallen head over heels in love. There is nothing quite like opening your heart and home to a senior. While she’s still lively and dynamic there’s no question that her favorite place to be is cuddled close to your side, if not on your lap! I can’t imagine a better companion with whom to cuddle watching TV. She’s waiting to meet you and offer her special kind of love, let’s not let her wait long.
Another volunteer writes: At 12 years young, Nalah is a dream come true. She’s so lovely, so friendly, LOVES cuddles and will flop over for a belly rub for a friendly pair of hands. Watching her roll around on her back, legs waving in the air and tail wagging will make your heart swell. In playgroup Nalah greets other dogs politely but mostly keeps to herself. There is nothing quite like the reward of adopting a senior who will repay you with endless and unconditional love. Please come meet her today.
