05/29/2017 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Like many of the best things in life (including Olympic athletes and the ovens that delicious cookies come from), Mishon needs a little time to warm up. She is timid, but so, so sweet! She absolutely loves treats (any kind is the right kind!) and they are the ticket to her heart. She already knows “sit”, “paw” and “down” too…a star! She tends to shop for snacks on the sidewalk and sometimes transforms into a little pancake if startled by a loud noise, but has been an absolute angel on leash. She solicits attention from her cage, her submissive tail wags quickly transforming into wiggles, she melts like butter when you rub her under her chin, and when she props her paws up on me she sometimes bats one into my hand like she’s inviting me to dance (I think really she’s trying to earn a treat for “paw”, but still!). She’s intelligent, gentle, super sweet AND she has the prettiest smokey eyeliner. Mishon is looking for someone to navigate this big scary world with and give them lots of love in return…come meet her at Brooklyn ACC!
