Medical Summary 06/28/16 S-Client stated 1 week ago midnight was in central park running with free roam, he suspects she drake or ate something that made her sick. For the past 2-3 days she has been throwing up, not eating and lathargic. Midnight was lathargic and would not get up to walk, she began to shake while in addmission and was taken stright to medical. O-Gen-QAR, pale pink mm, extremities cold to the touch, CRT~2 sec, 5% dehydrated, T=99.7 EENT-CAU, COU, no nasal d/c PLN-all wnl CV-HR=120, no m/a, sspp Resp-RR=20, clear and eup GI-negative oral, SNP, NMP GU-FS, no mgts, no vaginal d/c MSI-BCS 2.5/5, amb x 4 but weak, good haircoat Neuro-QAR, no obvious abnormal cn, amb x 4 without ataxia, no obvious CP deficits A-11 mo FS Pit bull 1. vomiting 2. shaking R/O seizures 3. weakness R/O secondary to post-ictal vs shock vs other P-BG-153 mg/dl Parvo snap-negative LRS 400 ml SQ SID x 3 days Cerenia 17 mg SQ keep in medical to monitor for seizures/neurological status
