a: senior pet. blind – rule out neoplasia vs SARDS (sudden aquired retinal degeneration) vs head trauma vs glaucoma vs retinal disease vs idiopathic other, distended abdomen – rule out over weight vs endocrine disease (cushings disease) vs other; p: rec full geriatric work up with placement. continue to monitor while at back; good short term prognosis.

Owner stated Minnie is blind, she stated her appetite has decreased and she has been urinating and defecating around the home. She did not take Minnie to the vet.
PLAYGROUP:
When off leash with other dogs, Minnie greets the other dogs and is tolerant of pushiness even with her disability.
