Obedient. Stay calm during medical attention. Objective BCS 5/9 EENT:right ear inside the pinnea papillomatious mass inside,neclear sclerosis, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: dental tartar PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: Grade 3 cardiac murmur, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: spayed female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, mass on the medial side of the right elbow. CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment heart murmur Plan Heart assessment by a cardiologist is recommended. Prognosis: good
