PROFILE:
BASIC INFO
Milton A1065724 is an approximately 1 year old Husky Mix. He is being surrendered to the shelter because he was found outside as a stray. Finder cannot keep. Finder took into their home overnight. finder stated that Milton was well behaved and was fed wet food and slept on the floor.
BEHAVIOR DURING INTAKE
Milton gently took treats from counselors. allowed all handling, collaring and photos.
A volunteer writes: Hug Milton tightly and the winter will just feel like a summer day. Have you ever seen such a gorgeous, well groomed and thick coat, so perfect? And what a bushy tail! And if it was not enough, pale blue eyes and a spongy red nose make him an even more attractive pooch. Milton is a friendly and low key kind of guy. He walks beautifully on the leash and does not mark his territory. He comes at the call of his name, jumps high for treats (he is then taller than me) but sits down when I remind him what good “table manners” are. He enjoys caresses and I love weaving my hands through his magnificent and silky fur. Milton was found as a stray but looks like he was a very well cared for dog, healthy, young and very well nourished. He is quite a catch and will be sure to get the attention of Huskies lovers. Milton is at the Manhattan Care Center, waiting and hoping to be soon your forever best friend
