Y; History : DOH- bite wounds, dog fight; Subjective: BAR; Observed Behavior – nervous, muzzled for exam, allowed handling and exam; Evidence of Trauma seen – Y; Objective ; T = DNP; P = WNL; R = WNL; BCS 5/9; EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: Limited exam d/t muzzle- clean adult dentition visible; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: Neutered male; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, multiple small punctures on head/muzzle- one 0.5cm; full thickness bite dorsal to OD; small 0.25cm full thickness bite L lateral muzzle; otherwise healthy hair coat; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Rectal: DNP; Assessment: bite wounds, otherwise apparently healthy neutered adult male dog; Prognosis: good; Plan: Cefpodoxime 200mg: 1 tab PO SID x10d; SURGERY:  Permanent waiver due to already neutered.
