Medical Summary On hold as a potential cruelty (owner was arrested for animal cruelty)–follow up on potential DOH status, withheld rabies vaccine, withheld preventatives in case of forensics Microchip: negative Sex: neutered male Age: appx 8y Mentation: QARH Eyes: slight opacity, early n.scler Ears: waxy but WNL Nose: no d/c Teeth: mild to moderate staining If abnormal BCS: thin but WNL, not below 2.75, muscle wasting with age Skin: WNL Hair Coat: slightly dirty as if kept outdoors, dried feces on haircoat Declawed: N/A, docked tail Any injuries: no; walks with an arthritic gait, holds knees together as if hip dysplasia; large lipoma on left side chest and small lipoma on right side chest Behavior: very sweet and friendly, mostly interested in exploring surroundings, not smal animal reactive like house mate Medication: N/A, preventatives withheld
