A volunteer writes: I don’t know if it’s possible to be in love with this girl more than I am already. Found wandering alone in a dog park, Millabella was brought to our care and has proceeded to win every heart here. She’s a dream on leash, her tail wags as we walk, she seems to be housetrained, she loves meeting new people and winning them over with a kiss and a cuddle, loves to chill out with her person, chases birds and squirrels (OK, we can’t all be perfect), loves treats, poses for photos like a super model and does that head tilt thing I love, lies down froggy style wagging her tail, just happy to be in a room with human friends, and enjoyed some chase play with a female greeter dog, giving appropriate correction for overly mouthy play. Millabella is gorgeous in her shiny black coat, but does have issues with her eyes that will require vet care as they bother her. If a snuggle partner who is gentle, calm and easy going is your idea of a perfect pet companion, than Miss Millabella cordially invites you to come meet her today. I guarantee you’ll fall in love with her as quickly as I did.

Summary
PLAYGROUP:
3/30: When introduced off leash to the female greeter dog Millabella engages in chase play. She offers correction for overly mouthy play.
MEDICAL BEHAVIOR: 3/29/17
During her initial medical exam, Millabella was social and allowed all handling.
ENERGY LEVEL:
We have no history on Millabella so we cannot be certain of her behavior in a home environment. However, she is a young, enthusiastic, social dog who will need daily mental and physical activity to keep her engaged and exercised. We recommend long-lasting chews, food puzzles, and hide-and-seek games, in additional to physical exercise, to positively direct her energy and enthusiasm.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Average (suitable for an adopter with an average amount of dog experience)
3/30: When introduced off leash to the female greeter dog Millabella engages in chase play. She offers correction for overly mouthy play.
