06/27/2017 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Miles reminds me of Felix the cat…he is the cutest, a petite gentleman with beady dark eyes, a sugar sprinkled muzzle, a compact (a bit too thin) oreo body and a Boston Terrier’s head. Miles was a hungry caterpillar when he arrived at the care center. He ate to his heart’s content, and now focuses more on socializing. He was already a friendly character then, but more so now. Miles is calm in his kennel but sits at his door. He is ready when you are. Leashed in no time, we are quickly at the door. He is a good walker, likes to sniff and mark his territory, does not chase the pigeons and is quite civil to other dogs met, big and small. He is fine in playgroups with his peers and usually salutes nicely his kennel’s neighbours, even if they bark at him. Miles is not a trouble maker. Free in a pen, he comes when called, sits on command and appreciates very much petting. He is quite a catch at his age. Miles would make quite a nice little companion, almost pocket sized, friendly and sociable and thankful for ever to have found a home and love with you. Come and meet him soon at the Manhattan Care Center and make him your beloved pet. A volunteer writes: Hi, my name is Miles. I am a friendly dog who likes to take long walks. I am 8 years old, but I have the energy of a youngin’ sometimes! I would love to be adopted into a kind family who will love me and play with me lots! I promise to be a good boy and make you very proud!”
