Subjective: BARH – coughing intermittently during an examination Observed Behavior -high energy. Objective T = – P = wnl R = wnl BCS = 4.5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, clear nasal dis-c, no ocular discharge noted Oral Exam: teeth in good cond PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Intact male – two testicles MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: externally normal Assessment_Still signs of CIRDC from previously being diagnosed in shelter. Prognosis: Good Plan: – Place in Isolation and re-ck in 5 days – Doxycycline 10 mg/kg SID for 14 days – Cerenia 2 mg/kg SID for 4 days SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to CIRDC
