Let’s get to know each other a bit more…
A volunteer writes: Lord Mich came to us with friends Arella and Coco has their owners were evicted. The three of them were beautifully cared for, true family dogs, good with strangers, children, even small ones, other dogs, and well mannered. He would not like cats, though. Mich might be ten years old, but he does not look at all his age. His weight is perfect, his coat very well groomed and his mind is sharp. His ways are gentle and he seems to like other dogs, little ones included. He plays nicely in playgroups with his peers and even bounced with a young female. Mich comes right away as I show him the leash. He is a good walker, inspects closely his new premises, marks his territory but comes back to me, nudging my hand for attention and sitting very tightly against my legs. He likes caresses and soft talks. Mich must have been quite a nice companion and friend. Although a little shy at the start of our encounter, Mich warmed up quickly to me and revealed himself to be quite a sweet and endearing guy. Being a family dog again would bring joy to his heart and a new beginning. Mich is waiting at the Manhattan Care Center for his life to turn around.
