AD painful lesion on pinna, crusty-ulcerative Oral Exam: severe dental disease, oligodontia PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: intact female, genital area has hyperheratosis MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Assessment perioocular dermatitis with severe eye disease and otitis severe dental disease Plan otibiotic and TAB daily x 14 days recc eventual dental recommend derm consult to rule out allergenic or autoimmune cause of skin disease clavamox for teeth and skin
