S: Slightly anxious, panting, likes to climb up restrainer’s chest. Tolerated all exam and vx. O: BAR-H, BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Severe dental tartar, gingivitis and gingival recession, halitosis. PLNs: Plump mandibular LNs H/L: NSR, NMA. Panting, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No lesions noted. UG: Male, testicles soft and symmetrical A: Severe dental disease Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: 1. Gave 1.1 ml pyrantel during exam 2. Long-term veterinary care should include dental cleaning, X-rays and likely extractions 1088
