Medical Summary 11/02/16 15:15 embedded nails , worse on rear legs including on toe on RHL with nail growing entirely through the toe. injury is chronic–removed with little tissue trauma. LHL one toe has similar lesion but with obvious blood and pus associated with it. severe skin fold intertrigo is present on muzzle, extending to periorbital region and eyelids. Moist dermatitis extends to eyeballs. heart and lungs wnl intact male abdomen plapated normally but is pot bellied. start clavamox 125 mg bid x 10d for face and feet tab out bid x 10days still needs intake exam recheck tomorrow_ Update by 1033 MC (-) Weight 17.8 No new findings from vet exam Preventatives withheld for pending cruelty, vx given earlier
