A Little Bit About Me…
A volunteer writes: Maria is tap-dancing in her kennel. She is right at her door. “I am here, I am here, all ready to go” . She is too cute and gutsy. Leashed in no time, we head for the street where she does her business at once. It is raining but walks are paramount for dogs as much as food and water. Maria does not mind getting wet nor does she object to the heavy toweling she is subjected after our stroll. It just perfects bonding between the two of us! Maria loves treats . She jumps on the bench to sample them or hops like a kangaroo after me to take them from my hand. She can sit , though but she is so lively that she sometimes, forgets. Maria is too adorable , small, compact and all girly in her little mouse dress. I love that she sometimes forget to put her tongue back in her mouth… Maria is with us at the Manhattan Care Center. She is a lovely, very pleasant, spry and well mannered middle aged gal who has still lots of years in store to give a new owner or family plenty of joy, fun, love and great companionship. Come and meet her soon at the Manhattan Care Center.
