08/25/17 12:58 Marc was very calm with a relaxed body. He allowed counselor to pet and collar him. He ate wet food when given to him by counselor. Client who brought in Marc had him for two days and stated that Marc was very sweet at home and potty trained. He couldn’t eat dry food that he only ate wet food. He allowed client to handle him and pet him.

Dog allows head to be held loosely in Assessor’s cupped hands. Sensitivity: 1. Dog stands still and accepts the touch, his eyes are averted, and his tail is in neutral position with relaxed body posture. Dog’s mouth is closed. Tag: 1. Follows at end of leash, body soft. Squeeze 1: 1. Dog gently pulls back his paw. Squeeze 2: 1. Dog gently pulls back his paw. Toy: 1. No interest. Summary: Marc displayed no concerning behaviors on his assessment. PLAYGROUP: 8/27: When introduced off leash to dogs, Marc keeps only to himself and does not approach. INTAKE BEHAVIOR: Upon intake, Marx was calm and had a relaxed body. MEDICAL BEHAVIOR: 8/25/17 During his initial medical exam, Marc was nervous but social and allowed handling. ENERGY LEVEL: We have no history on Marc so we cannot be certain of his behavior in a home environment. In the care center, he displays a low level of activity.
