Medical Summary 02/08/16 15:22 Scan : 981020015310919 Sex: spayed Approc 3 yr S/O: BARH. Clean EEN. Dental disease 2/4. BCS 4/5, 6/9, slightly overweight. Grade 2 left side patellar luxation. Cardiothoracic ausculation WNL. NOSF A: Patellar luxation, dental disease P: Would recommend dental cleaning w/in the next year upon placement. Palpation of her left stifle joint was non painful and no lameness was noted durin the time of exam. Patellar luxaion can be a dynamic issue and may cause lameness and discomfort in the future. When discomfort can not be managed with NSAID, surgical correction may be indicated in the future if the knee is causing her trouble. PROGNOSIS: EXCELLENT
