08/12/2017 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: We love our seniors, and we love our seniors who refuse to give in to whatever ails them. Meet Ms. Mallow. Her frosted face tells of the years of experience at life in general, and is now in our care, ready to find her retirement home. She loves being in the company of people, loves being petted, has a great appetite for treats which she takes gently and with gusto, loves hanging out with her human watching the hustle and bustle of the city streets. Mellow Mallow likely has arthritis, and has a large soft swelling near the base of her tail, but nothing stops her from enjoying her walk and being where the ‘action’ is. Her golden years should be spent on a comfy bed with good nutritious food and whatever meds she may need to keep her comfortable. Her wonderful spirit and calm demeanor in the face of confusion is inspirational to all who have met her. Please give this lovely senior the best years of her life moving forward.
