A Little Bit About Me…
A volunteer writes: Do you believe in magic? Well, you will, as soon as you see the delicious, amazing, and well, magical creature that is 2 year-old Magic. Now Magic is what we could call a “mixed breed” pup–but mixed with precisely what? Well, let’s hazard some guesses. Some Chow with that spotted tongue? Some Sharpei with that wrinkled brow? Some Puggle with that piggy nose, some Pittie with that blockish head, maybe some lab with that long wagging tail? Whatever the ingredients, this recipe is top of line. And the end result will leave you full of heart, light of foot, and most certainly wanting seconds. Magic is friendly and outgoing (wouldn’t you be with a face like that?) eager to meet every other one of the park’s inhabitants be they man, or pup, or squirrel. He pulls a bit on leash but relaxes quite a bit once he burns off some energy, and enjoys a rub of the ear but more one of the bum, and will let you know with that stellar smile. Magic comes to us as an owner surrender and is said to be active, playful, and to enjoy being held. Magic is a young boy, full of life, with an occasionally pushy play style. He would do best with an experienced family, one without young children for now, and one who’ll love endlessly our black magic man. Do you believe in magic? Not only do I believe, I’ve seen, and with my very own eyes. And the only thing more magical than our delightfully put-together boy will be every single day spent with him from now until forever. Magic is waiting in adoptions at Manhattan ACC.
