Allows all handling but struggled with restraint; Objective ; P = WNL R = WNL BCS 5/9; EENT: Nuclear sclerosis, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted; Oral Exam: Mild to moderate dental tartar/wear, pink mm; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: Spay scar seen and palpated; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat; CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Assessment: Senior pet, no concerns on exam; Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC; Prognosis: Excellent
