Medical Summary 05/21/17 14:31 Nervous but did not show signs of aggression, no growling, held tail in between legs, allowed all handling, no muzzle needed BAR Clear OU/AU, nndc OP 2/4 tartar PLN wnl H/L reg, no obvious murmur, ssp, lungs clear/eupenic ABD snp MSK amb x 4 Integ ~2 cm firm, non-mobile skin mass lower back, smaller ~8 mm pale pink, firm, skin nodule just below other mass, slightly flaky/dry coat BCS 6/9 UG f/s, no tattoo but palpable scar Neuro alert and appropriate A:Mass x 2 Dental tartar Otherwise healthy geriatric P:Recommend NH placement-needs sx for mass removal x 2 and biopsy +/- dental cleaning Needs full blood work (cbc/chem/t4) since geriatric-tech check for tomorrow Fair prognosis-will depend on biopsy results but both masses are in a good location where could get wide margins Should also have chest x-rays to make sure no signs of metastasis/spread of cancer-tech check tomorrow Dr to evaluate blood work and CXR tomorrow
