A staff member writes: Luna must be in her waning phase because as she becomes more comfortable here, she is immerging into a beautiful, bright dog! This sweet lady is a bit shy at first, but warms up quickly and shows her sweet side! A calm, adorable love bug is emerging from the quiet, shy Luna that first came to us. With other quiet dogs, Luna will interact and then keep to herself, tolerant if the other dog still wants to be social. Come meet Luna today and find your fur-ever friend!
A volunteer writes: Lovely little Luna! She has the cutest underbite-y face and is such a sweetheart! She might be a little reserved at first, but warms up very quickly to be very playful and affectionate. She responds to “sit” sometimes, other times shows off her dancing skills as she takes some steps with her front paws in the air. She likes to play fetch and I like to play with her — she usually drops the ball right at my feet! When I tell her what a good girl she is, sometimes she’ll drop the ball in excitement, keep on going, and continue into zoomie laps. She has nice leash manners, and if she starts to pull, is a very good listener when you tell her not to. She even seems housebroken and did well when introduced to another dog in playgroup — what a star! Come to Brooklyn ACC and make Luna part of your world!
