A volunteer writes: Lola aka Ms Adorable aka Easter Bunny aka tuxedo girl… Lola is a delicious ten month old puppy surrendered into our care for no fault of her own… Yet another landlord who unfriended dogs….Pets are so good for our health. They should be mandatory in every building and non allergic households… Lola is a black diamond. They are quite in fashion… She is healthy looking, slightly plump and wears a lovely oreo dress. Her eyes are sparkling and her ears are ready to take her to a new loving home… Lola is so sweet and gentle, such a good “sitter”, no treat needed, just a command…She does not complain when I tether her to clean her kennel. Just a few comforting words and she sits there so patiently. She is a wonderful listener, ” une petite fille modele ” who is attuned to her caretaker. Lola pulls a little on the leash and does her business as soon as we hit the street. She is said to be house trained. She likes to chase pigeons like so many youngsters. Something fun to do. She runs after a tennis ball but does not really play with it..yet. Lola lived happily with two young children and a little dog. She comes with beautiful recommendations , a good puppy who would nicely blend with any family, kids and other dogs included. Lola did well on her behavioral evaluation as expected….This is why you can meet her in our adoption quarters, get to know her with our counsellors and hopefully, take her home as your forever best friend. Lola is at the Manhattan Care Center
