Medical Summary Sex: Female Scan: Negative Estimated age: 9 years based on skin and dentition Fleas: No flea dirt. S: Excited, coughing, wiggly. Allows full exam. O: BAR-H, BCS 7/9, MMs pink and moist, CRT <2 sec EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Severe tartar and gingivitis. H/L: NSR, NMA. Mild cough, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. Generalized thin fur coat to alopecia, hyperpigmentation UG: Female, two small (1 cm) firm masses along right mammary chain: one at right 5th mammary gland and one between 4th and 5th MGs. A: 1. Mammary masses 2. Severe dental disease 3. Alopecia and hyperpigmentation – R/O endocrine disease vs. other 4. Coughing 5. Overweight Short-term prognosis: Fair-poor P: 1. Gave Activyl 4-14# and pyrantel 1.2 ml PO during exam 2. Long-term care should include dental cleaning, bloodwork to investigate endocrine diseases, FNA of mammary masses and excisional biopsy 1088
