Medical Summary 05/11/16 16:13 Scan : negative Sex: Female Approx 4-6yr S/O: QAR. Eyes WNL. Teeth mild gingivitis, unable to examine premolars/molars. Moderate dar waxy debris AU. AS has 2 partial thickness punctures on inside of pinna, 2 punctures ventral to ear canal. Moderate amount of dried blood present in ear canal and on pinna. Hematoma at base of pinna. Cardiothoracic auscultation WNL. NOSF A: Bite wounds P: Cleaned wounds and flushed wounds w// dilute chlorhexidine. Cleaned ears. Will start Rimadyl and Clavamox. PROGNOSIS: EXCELLENT
