Objective: BCS 4/9. EENT: OU- mild clear mucoid discharge,medial corneal pigmentation, AU-brown waxy debris, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: mild dental calc PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, grade 3/6 heart murmur, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: MI, only one testicle palpated MSI: Ambulatory x 4, flea dirt, no masses noted, a few mats. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: heart murmur cryptorchid corneal pigmentation- R/O KCS vs exposure keratitis vs other. fleas mats. mildly underweight
Prognosis: fair. Plan: Schirmer tear test: OD-12, OS-19 Recommend an echo and bloodwork prior to neuter. SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to heart murmur
