08/13/2017 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Lucy P SweetAsCanBe (her last name doesn’t show up due to a character limit)! This chunky lady is so charismatic that just looking at her will make your heart swell! She has been easy to walk on leash, seems housebroken, and is super easy to connect with. Despite her size she’s actually very agile: she loooves to play fetch (and wants everyone to know we’ve been doing it wrong! You don’t just retrieve, drop, and go again…you have to add cuddle time in between), does various kangaroo poses before she gets “sit” right, and manages to leap onto whatever I’m sitting on so that she can be at my side. She is always wagging her tail, carries tennis balls around like pacifiers, constantly looks back with a smile on our walks, and is super affectionate. Lucy P would love to try your last name on for size (she’ll always be sweet as can be!)…come meet her at Brooklyn ACC!
