07/16/17 08:16 In medical on seizure watch – no seizures observed since single episode on 7/10. Currently on doxycycline for mild, resolving CIRDC. Patient is mentally appropriate, BARH. Becoming increasingly anxious and restless in kennel in medical area (smaller space for size of dog). Having normal eliminations and good appetite. No v/d/s. Mild serous discharge persisting. No cough/congestion. A: 2 yo F Pitbull 1. Seizure history – r/o epilepsy vs infectious vs other neuro 2. CIRDC – mild, resolving P: Reco move to ISO for increased space and enrichment to avoid kennel anxiety Continue current treatment and recheck plan for CIRDC Reco NH placement for monitoring, further work up regarding seizures Prognosis good

07/07/17 14:48 Lucy is a 2 year old large spayed gray dog who was surrendered by her owner due to personal problems. The owner stated that he got Lucy as a gift when she was 4 weeks old. Lucy has no known medical issues. Owner stated when around strangers Lucy is friendly and outgoing. She has spent time around children and she is relaxed and affectionate. When playing with children and adults Lucy is gentle. Lucy has not spent time in the home with other dogs so it is unknown how she will react. Owner stated that Lucy tend to get along with smaller dogs. Lucy has spent time in the home around 2 cats and is relaxed and playful. Owner stated that overall Lucy’s behavior is good. During fireworks and loud noises she is nervous. Lucy is friendly if someone touches her food treats or toys. Lucy isn’t bothered if she is pushed off the furniture, held or restrained or disturbed while he sleeps. Lucy isn’t bothered when being bathed or brushed. She has never had her nails trimmed so it unknown how she will react. When someone approaches her house or her family member she is friendly. Owner described Lucy as friendly affectionate and playful with the medium activity level. When at home she will follow her owner around. Lucy likes to play with balls and ropes. She loves to play tug. She has been kept mostly indoors and eats dry food. Lucy is very much house broken and never has accidents. When using the bathroom outside she will go on the grass or cement. When left alone in the house she is well behaved. Lucy has never been crated or left alone in the yard so it is unknown how she will react. Lucy knows the sit come down and stay commands. Lucy is used to slow walks on the leash. When off the leash she will wander but comes back when called.
