U/G: intact female. no spay scar or. tattoo. mammary glands slightly enlarged; no masses palpated. nipples are enlarged. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. Rectal: Assessment: stranguria w/hematuria — r/o UTI, cystitis, urinary calculi, neoplasia. severe dental calculus intact female. underweight glucosuria r/o stress vs diabetes mellitus proteinuria – r/o 2nd to. inflammation, infection, primary renal disease tyrosine crystals – r/o liver disease Prognosis: good Plan: UA, free catch from floor CBC / chemistry sedated radiographs
SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to urinary illness. UA results: USG 1.027, turbid positive for tyrosine crystals, blood, glucose, leukocytes and protein. negative for bacteria
