Eating with excellent appetite Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective P = 100 R = panting BCS 3/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Pale pink mm, mild staining PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated, distended U/G: Neutered MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat; muscle wasted – ribs, spine and pelvis prominent CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Geriatric, muscle wasted, distended abdomen, pale mm Plan: Rec CBC/Chem, thoracic and abdominal radiographs, scheduled for tomorrowPrognosis: Open prognosis depending on diagnostics
