A staff member  writes: Nars came the to shelter as a stray, and he is a bit underweight. Nars is a handsome, friendly, lovable dog who is dog and people friendly, basically an all around a great dog!!! Nars is not a high energy dog and seems to prefer a lap and cuddles to a game of fetch. If you’re interested in giving Nars a forever home, please come to Staten Island ACC and meet him.
