08/28/2016 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Lora was roaming the streets as a stray and her finder coaxed her easily into his car. He held her in his back yard where she was very well behaved, barely making a peep! When she would approach the children of the home she was very wiggly and her little nub of a tail was waggy. She has the face of a boxer and the body of an American Bulldog that’s a bit underweight. She’s known for giving lots of kisses, and it’s hard not to return the favor. She is very, very sweet! When she gets excited, her body shakes side to side, her anticipation of petting or cuddling building with each minute. When I knelt down, she jumped right into my lap, and as awkward as it was to be crouched down with a 60 pound puppy in my lap, I bet it made an adorable sight. Lora walks nicely on the leash, seems housetrained and doesn’t seem bothered by other dogs. Lora may have been found in the streets, but what she needs now is a home! Ask to meet her today.
