A volunteer wrote: Her name was Lola, and she was a toy poodle, with white soft fur and a spring in her little step. When I met Lola, and it was kind of love of first sight. Actually, it was more like Lola saw ME and decided “you, missy, are taking me for a walk! And you’re going to be my best friend! Let’s go!” And like that, we were off for a walk, and we were best friends. Lola is a small girl (they don’t call them “toy” poodles for nothing!), and this is a big, crazy world, but you know who doesn’t care? Lola! She walks around like she’s ten feet tall, basically telling me where we were going! She has a strong spirit, and a soft, warm body, and the sweetest of hearts. After our walk, I put this tiny girl on my lap, and we people-watched for a good twenty minutes. I would have stayed with her all night if I could have. If you’re looking for a beautiful, spirited girl who wants to love you back, look no more—Lola is your ticket! Come on down and meet this sweetpea for yourself!
