No  DOH hold, apparently healthy,  lunges when taken out and attempt to put on leash, doesn’t want to be pet or handled T = P = 120 R = 20 BCS 6/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: pink mm (muzzled- limited oral) PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: neutered male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, overgrown hair with few matts CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: apparently healthy Plan: hold per DOH Prognosis: good SURGERY: n/a
