Re-Exam (4/21/16); S/O: BAR, hydrated, mucopurulent ocular discharge OU (suspect KCS), no CIRDC signs, mm’s pink and moist, moderate to severe dental disease, right MPL, heart and lungs WNL on auscultation, abdomen soft and non-painful, apprx 5 cm ulcerated and infected mass (neoplasia) on left side of neck.; A: ulcerated/infected mass on left lateral neck; suspect KCS; P: start amoxi/clav BID x 7 days; start bup 0.18 BID x 7 days; start TAB OU BID x 7 days; rec NH placement; prognosis: fair to guarded (depends on type of neoplasia and metastasis); permanent spay waiver
