A volunteer writes (as told by Lincoln):
Hey you out there! What’s it going to take to get you to notice me? I’m totally unique looking – I mean, just look at my coloring! My coat is shiny and healthy looking, my weight perfect for my size, I can stand on my hind legs and wave at you, and I can play bow too! I’m a pretty talented guy even if I do say so myself. If all else fails I’ll show you my bark. I’m housetrained taking care of my business outside. I pull on the leash allot ’cause I’m always excited to explore the next best thing, but it would be a good idea to get me some leash training. When my new friend, Volunteer, opened my kennel door I jumped into her arms because I was so happy to make a new friend. I take treats gently and love getting them, so I’ll be easy to train as long as there’s a treat involved. I’ve got a lot of energy so would love an active home where I can go on long walks with my new family, and get lots of playtime too. I need the exercise, it’s good for me, and I’d love for us to do it together! Come meet me, I’m ready to meet my new people. I hope it happens today.
