Stray, BAR, slightly underweight, very friendly, p T = P =86 R = pant BCS 3/6 EENT: Eyes clear, periocular redness, ears – dry crusty discharge and inflammation in left ear- moderate, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: pink mm w/ CRT<2 s, healthy adult teeth PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: intact male, both testicles descended MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, slightly underweight CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Assessment: otitis externa left ear- acute underweight- mild Plan: otibiotic ointment- apply 4 drops once daily to left ear recheck ear 7 days, ensure weight gain Prognosis: Very good SURGERY: Okay for surgery
