Medical Summary 05/21/17 13:08 BAR, wagging tail, we put muzzle on just in case, seemed timid and could have potential to snap but did well with muzzle and because we went slow and were talking to him the entire time Clear OU, mild dried debris AU, nndc OP muzzled, could not examine PLN wnl H/L reg, no obvious murmur, ssp, lungs clear/eupenic, no coughing or sneezing ABD snp MSK amb x 4 Integ ~8 mm dart wound right chest, likely has deep pocketing but not explored, no active drainage noted, seemed overall comfortable, moderately swollen, otherwise nsf BCS 5/9 UG m/i, both testes down, smooth and symmetrical Neuro alert and appropriate A:Dart wound Dried brown debris AU-does not looked infected Otherwise apparently healthy P:Recheck tomorrow-may need sedation and drain vs. pick off forming scab and allow to drain + clean again Today wound clipped and clean with dilute chlorehexidine Start Clavamox 375 mg PO BID x 14 days Rimadyl 50 mg PO BID x 5 days
