Medical Summary scan neg ~7yo, female barh. attention seeking, allowed all handling. bcs 4/9 mild dental tartar/gingivitis, early nuclear sclerosis ou, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl normal thoracic auscultation; normal abdominal palpation matted hair coat, ~2-3cm firm irregular mass at left cranial mammary gland, no other masses noted; ambulatory x 4 a: senior pet; mammary gland tumor p: no treatment indicated at this time. rec full senior work up and fna of mass, and mass removal with placement. permanently waived from spay by ACC. fair prognosis
