A volunteer writes: Lashay is English in origin and means ‘admirable’ and what a perfect name for this little girl about whom
there is so much to admire! In her subtle brindle coat Lashay walks/glides with nice leash manners as we head to the park. Going potty immediately tells me she’s likely housetrained, and as we pass other dogs her tail wags gently. Lashay is quiet and low key, quiet in her kennel, calm off leash in a pen, and with other dogs in group greets politely, enjoys the company but doesn’t really engage in play as of this writing, and corrects appropriately if needed. She comes when I call her, and her soft schmushy face looks at me with soft eyes. I just wanted to fluff her cute jowls between my hands and kiss them all over! Her intake notes say “sweet, gentle and very wiggly” and that about sums her up. Easy to be with, friendly, gentle and oh so charming, Lashay is patiently and quietly waiting to begin her happily ever after. Are you going to be the lucky person with whom it happens?
